Compare the delivered cost, not the base price

A provider with a lower base cost may ship from a distant country, adding time and customs friction. A local producer can cost more per unit but deliver faster and avoid import charges.

Model the total for the destinations you actually sell to. The cheapest provider for the US may not be the cheapest for the EU.

Check the integration depth

An integration that only pushes orders may not sync tracking, cancellations or returns. Those gaps become manual work as volume grows.

Test a real order through the integration before launching. A sample order from the dashboard does not prove the store connection.

Frequently asked questions

Which print-on-demand provider is best?

It depends on your product, destinations and integration. Compare delivered cost, production locations, catalog and quality, not only the base price.

Can I use more than one provider?

Yes, but you need separate product mappings and a clear fulfillment rule. Multiple providers can complicate tracking and support.

Tell me when the rules change

De minimis thresholds, import tax rates and marketplace fee schedules move more often than most price lists. Leave an address and we will send a short note when one of the tracked markets changes.
