Postal convenience has a shape limit
Ground Advantage is attractive for light parcels and residential addresses, but the 70-pound and 130-inch limits exclude many bulky items. Check the size before you build a shipping promise around it.
Dimensional weight can change the price for larger boxes. A parcel that fits the size limit can still be priced on volume rather than scale weight.
The included liability is not full insurance
The service includes a limited liability amount for loss or damage. If the item is worth more, declared value or separate insurance may be needed. Read the exclusions and the claim process before relying on it.
Packaging quality affects claims. Keep photos of the packed parcel and the damage, and file within the stated window.
