Compliance
Compliance is the part of market entry that does not appear on a landed-cost sheet. It combines a responsible person established in the destination, a product mark or certificate for the category, producer registrations for packaging and waste, and a tax registration. Each is administered separately and renews on its own cycle.
The entries are grouped two ways: by market, so a seller can see the registrations a destination expects, and by product category, so a seller can scope the tests and the technical file. Every figure and scheme carries the authority link and a check date. Rules move, and a temporary or proposed rule is labelled as such — confirm the current text before printing a label or committing a shipment.
