Seller sourcing and growth
Growth content usually stops at launch. These pages cover the decisions that determine whether the launch has a margin: how the supplier is selected and paid, how quality is verified, how the listing is built, and how the product expands without breaking the unit economics.
Sourcing is a cost and risk decision
The supplier determines the unit cost, the quality variance, the minimum order, the payment terms and the documentation. A low quote with a weak quality process is not a low cost. The RFQ, the sample and the inspection are the evidence that the quote is real.
Each sourcing page links to the private-label or sourcing calculator. Put the quote into the model before comparing suppliers; a lower unit price with a higher MOQ and worse terms can be the more expensive option.
Growth is a sequence, not a switch
Launch, price, expand, reduce returns. Each step changes the unit economics and the operational load. Doing them in the wrong order hides the cause of a bad result. The pages describe the sequence and the signal that says the step is working.
The numbers here are models, not guarantees. Use the calculators with your own costs and the current marketplace fee schedule.
